“Firework” singer Katy Perry has some explosive baby news!
The pop star is pregnant with her first child, she shared Thursday in a new music video for her song “Never Worn White.”
Perry, who is engaged to actor Orlando Bloom, made the reveal at the end of the video with a shot showing her cradling her burgeoning baby bump.
“Omg so glad I don’t have to suck it in anymore,” Perry, 35, tweeted shortly after the video’s debut.
“Or carry around a big purse lol,” the “American Idol” judge added in a second tweet.
Perry got engaged to Bloom — who has a 9-year-old son, Flynn, from his former marriage to Miranda Kerr — on Valentine’s Day in 2019.
Her new song — an emotional love ballad — features lyrics such as “I’ve never worn white, but I want to get it right. Yeah I really want to try, with you.”
